The tiny garden space at Jamyang Buddhist Centre used to be the exercise yard for Old Kennington Courthouse. It’s now put to a more serene purpose as outdoor café seating and space for reflection. The Victorian cobblestones now features practical planting including herbs, vegetables and wildflowers, as well as a beautiful Buddha statue and a peaceful water feature. The Dalai Lama visited in 1999.
Visited during Open Garden Square Weekend 2016.
